SEO / AIO Specialist

Truck1.eu is the largest international marketplace for the sale of cargo, construction, agricultural and other types of commercial machinery.

We don’t sell vehicles - we promote our clients’ machinery and provide lead generation services, earning the trust of manufacturers and major industry players from around the world.

Responsibilities

• Implementing technical SEO strategy at scale: crawl budget, index health, site architecture, and structured data for 400K SKUs.
• Generating and scaling hypotheses: identifying growth opportunities, running SEO experiments, prioritizing tasks using the ICE framework (Impact, Confidence, Ease), and managing the backlog.
• AEO / AI visibility: increasing Truck1’s presence in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini for commercial queries. Strengthening entity authority.
• Automation and content generation: building and scaling AI pipelines (working with OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, data parsing) to generate high-quality content across multiple languages.
• Link-building strategy: building external entity signals, developing partnerships, conducting outreach, and working with B2B platforms.
• Working closely with a dedicated development team: creating clear technical requirements for developers in Jira, managing their capacity within sprints, and verifying implementation.

Requirements

• Experience promoting projects in the US or European markets.
• Strong knowledge of the standard SEO toolkit (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Screaming Frog Log File Analyser).
• Experience working with Jira/Scrum and a good understanding of web development processes (capacity, sprints).
• Hands-on experience building Programmatic SEO processes and working with text and image-generation AI tools at scale.
• Technical background: deep understanding of crawling and rendering principles (Client-Side Rendering, Server-Side Rendering, Google Fetch & Render).
• Product mindset and a data-driven approach. Ability to view SEO at scale not simply as link acquisition, but as part of overall product development.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills: ability to explain hypotheses clearly to other teams, support ideas with arguments and data.
• Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach: ability to process large datasets, draw conclusions from them, and generate hypotheses for testing with measurable outcomes.
• Basic coding skills (Python / JavaScript / SQL) for automating routine SEO tasks and data parsing.
